fix(process): support execPath option for forked child processes
...
Allow jobs with `runAs: process` to specify a custom `execPath`,
passed through to `child_process.fork()`. This is needed when Bree
runs inside Electron, where the default `process.execPath` is the
Electron binary whose Chromium PartitionAllocator crashes native
addons that call `posix_memalign` (e.g. onnxruntime-node).
Fully opt-in — jobs without `execPath` behave identically to before.
