Mrsuss60 a5de376171 Strip unneeded DWARF debug symbols and relocation sections from bbport.exe and bb-probe.exe using strip -s. 
This reduces executable binary sizes from ~260 MB down to ~12.4 MB (~95%
reduction) for both local batch builds and GitHub Actions CI artifacts:
- build.bat: invoke strip -s when strip.exe is present prior to creating bb-probe.exe
- .github/workflows/build.yml: add strip -s step during binary finalization
