Adapt the Orkas VideoStudio increment through 44e3c472127b4d5889e9af56e8f71f6e3fab26f2. Expose reframe on the CLI and MCP, preserve mixed concat audio, validate segment-bound track starts, and delegate scene-scoped authoring snapshots to HyperFrames. Package the licensed presets and retain the public package version. Prompt audit: Keep reframe and concat evidence in the on-demand edit/assembly skills, and finished-track timing and bounded repair in the on-demand planning skill; validation and encoding live in code. Keep scene batch capture in on-demand composition guidance and mark its scope in tool output. Keep preset selection in frontend design, detailed presets in linked references, and product/reference evidence and music ownership in their owning references. Route to product evidence before direction review. Drop desktop-only calls, turn tokens, account/credit instructions and artifact delivery; no new resident instructions or approval gate. Validation: pnpm verify and the six-command sync gate passed. 323 cases passed in 27 files, with one Windows-only skip. Reviewed the complete three-scene video; motion, audio, burned captions, full decode and wrong-duration rejection passed.
