wyt 831418ce5f Fix SDR color matrices and document reference recreation

Apply a versioned pnpm patch to HyperFrames 0.7.60 so SDR file and streaming encoders convert into the BT.709 matrix they advertise. Preserve HDR branches and the existing per-channel scene tolerance, and add a wrong-matrix negative control to the real video E2E.

Document the reference-video adaptation workflow and editable-content boundaries. pnpm verify and all six sync acceptance commands passed; the full executed inventory has 315 passed cases and one approved Windows-only skip. Also decoded and checked the single-worker streaming render.
