Drive video compose / edit / generate from a coding agent (Claude Code / Codex) via a bash CLI (ovs) and an MCP server, plus a host-neutral SKILL.md knowledge pack and a readable, diffable plan.json IR. Packages: - core: plan.json IR (schema + validator + delivery guard), runtime probing/config, and the deterministic decision layer (silence/filler/scene/quality/best-take). - tools: capability backends — render (HyperFrames), edit (ffmpeg), analyze (whisper/scenes/quality), speech/image/video (BYO-key adapters). - cli: the ovs command. mcp: MCP server mirroring the CLI 1:1. skills: the SKILL.md pack.
