Resolve the real bundled executable independently of mocked tool runtime paths. Preserve real media generation and all recovery oracles when the host PATH has no FFmpeg.

Validation: the restricted-PATH negative control failed all eight affected cases before the repair; all eight pass after it with zero log findings.
