1) Comments out the widescreen patch because it's broken (makes the cards in your hand too large, obscuring important information). 2) Properly adds headers to zoom glitch and Deck Masters T, S, and I patches, as these previously had no header and thus were unintentionally part of the 16:9 patch. 3) Adds authorial credit to miseru99.
