PeterDelta 9da5986f56 Updates patches (#494)
I update and add patches that I have already tested, some of which I
have completed the campaign or story. I also add some that remove that
blur/bloom or ghosting effect that is exaggerated.

Relevant changes:
Killzone: Updated fps patch, I have completed the campaign without
problem and the fmv's are fixed. Only in the first mission some planes
that fly from one side to the other of the map remain static in the air
instead of crossing, they do not interact with us. I consider it to be
safe and it improves gameplay a lot

Jak II: I have been playing for over 9 hours without noticing any glitch
with the widescreen patch. A few months ago I made a patch that when
starting it called the progressive mode of the game to avoid a bug in
the menu letters that is produced by pcsx2 and for which an issue has
already been opened. It was wrongly attributed to widescreen and with
the latest update it has almost been corrected but there are still some
remains of these bugs that I show in the following image without any
patch applied (it happens randomly, sometimes it happens and sometimes
it doesn't).

Cars: remove patch. The gameplay runs perfectly but the fmv are not
completely synchronized and I have not been able to fix it
Crash Nitro Kart: remove patch. The timing is correct but the speed of
the karts is slightly accelerated, I have not been able to solve it
Dukes of Hazzard PAL: Changed the value to match the game's original
aspect ratio.
Spider-Man - Friend or Foe: The game has native widescreen which puts
the HUD and menu in 16:9, the current patch only puts the game in 16:9
so it makes no sense, now it starts in 16:9 from the beginning fmv and
everything.
