* test(lsp): add isExplicitlyTrustedFolder to document-sync mock config
The document-sync tests create a bare Config mock with only
isTrustedFolder. The new explicit-trust gate in NativeLspService and
LspServerManager calls isExplicitlyTrustedFolder(), which is undefined
on the mock, producing TypeError at reload time.
Add isExplicitlyTrustedFolder: () => true alongside the existing
isTrustedFolder mock so the 13 affected cases pass again.
