feat(cli): run the Ink TUI's model rounds on the shared loop's round ( #16206 ) ...
* feat(cli): run the Ink TUI's model rounds on the shared loop's round
With experimental.unifiedAgentLoop on, every model round of the Ink TUI
goes through the shared loop's runModelRound, which collects the tool
calls, drops those of an attempt a retry or fallback replaced, and turns
the client's terminal events into a stop reason. The TUI keeps its
stream processor and its tool step. Adds the Ink parity suite.
Part of #15327 .
* test(cli): tighten the Ink parity suite and fix the no-AK script pin
- add the suite to the no-AK script pin
- check each run's request count, and through the debug log that only the
run with the setting on sends its rounds on the shared loop
- compare the system prompt, the tools offered and recorded usage
- run each scenario once, without the root config's retries, with a
source pin
- describe the suite as it is in the design doc
- say in the setting's description that the Ink TUI sends its model
requests through the shared loop
