3 people ac2c7ac93a fix(ci): annotate the temp short-alias guard's failing branches (#15366) ...

Both failing branches of the `Verify temp paths carry no short alias` step
emitted a bare console.error, so a real 8.3-alias regression reached the
check UI as only "Process completed with exit code 1" with no annotation
attached to the run. Prefix each message with '::error::', matching the
hosted-process-suite step in this same workflow and
configure-windows-runner/action.yml. The casing-only branch keeps its
deliberate '::warning::', and process.exitCode = 1 is unchanged.
