f675df37ba [X86] Fix handling of maskmovdqu in X32
The maskmovdqu instruction is an odd one: it has a 32-bit and a 64-bit
variant, the former using EDI, the latter RDI, but the use of the
register is implicit. In 64-bit mode, a 0x67 prefix can be used to get
the version using EDI, but there is no way to express this in
assembly in a single instruction, the only way is with an explicit
addr32.

This change adds support for the instruction. When generating assembly
text, that explicit addr32 will be added. When not generating assembly
text, it will be kept as a single instruction and will be emitted with
that 0x67 prefix. When parsing assembly text, it will be re-parsed as
ADDR32 followed by MASKMOVDQU64, which still results in the correct
bytes when converted to machine code.

The same applies to vmaskmovdqu as well.

2c693415b7 [llvm] Migrate llvm::make_unique to std::make_unique
Now that we've moved to C++14, we no longer need the llvm::make_unique
implementation from STLExtras.h. This patch is a mechanical replacement
of (hopefully) all the llvm::make_unique instances across the monorepo.

ae65e281f3 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

00fe38ddac [X86] Fix for bugzilla 31576 - add support for "data32" instruction prefix
This patch fixes bugzilla 31576 (https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=31576).

"data32" instruction prefix was not defined in the llvm.
An exception had to be added to the X86 tablegen and AsmPrinter because both "data16" and "data32" are encoded to 0x66 (but in different modes).

1b3e85d67c [X86] Make the instructions that use AdSize16/32/64 co-exist together without using mode predicates.
This is necessary to allow the disassembler to be able to handle AdSize32 instructions in 64-bit mode when address size prefix is used.

Eventually we should probably also support 'addr32' and 'addr16' in the assembler to override the address size on some of these instructions. But for now we'll just use special operand types that will lookup the current mode size to select the right instruction.

The addition of IC_OPSIZE_ADSIZE in r198759 wasn't quite complete. It
also turns out to have been unnecessary. The disassembler handles the
