9ff867f98c [NFC] Header cleanup 
Removed some unused headers, replaced some headers with forward class declarations.

Found using simple scripts like this one:
clear && ack --cpp -l '#include "llvm/ADT/IndexedMap.h"' | xargs grep -L 'IndexedMap[<]' | xargs grep -n --color=auto 'IndexedMap'

d37eb83879 [Allocator] Stop forward-declaring BumpPtrAllocator in a few places. 
This is a necessary step to lifting some of its configuration into
template parameters rather than runtime parameters.

01b2bccb00 Update MachineSSAUpdater with the same changes I made for the IR-level 
SSAUpdater.  I'm going to try to refactor this to share most of the code
between them.
