b9762c07cb Don't use PassInfo* as a type identifier for passes. Instead, use the address of the static 
ID member as the sole unique type identifier.  Clean up APIs related to this change.

f600dc2eed simplify-libcalls: fold strncmp(x, y, 1) -> memcmp(x, y, 1) 
The memcmp will be optimized further and even the pathological case
'strstr(x, "x") == x' generates optimal code now.

e78496e5f1 Revert 101465, it broke internal OpenGL testing. 
Probably the best way to know that all getOperand() calls have been handled
is to replace that API instead of updating.

a671e4f7aa Migrate _chk call lowering from SimplifyLibCalls to InstCombine. Stub 
out the remainder of the calls that we should lower in some way and
move the tests to the new correct directory. Fix up tests that are now
optimized more than they were before by -instcombine.

dfb465a816 Move SimplifyLibCalls's LibCall builders to a separate file so they 
can be used in more places.  Add an argument for the TargetData that
most of them need. Update for the getInt8PtrTy() change.  Should be
no functionality change.

1b33dd3c83 There are two ways of checking for a given type, for example isa<PointerType>(T) 
and T->isPointerTy().  Convert most instances of the first form to the second form.
