6b547686c5 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

4b607e9bf6 [CodeGen] Support custom format of stack maps
Summary:
Add a hook to the GCMetadataPrinter for emitting stack maps in
custom format. The hook will be called at stack map generation
time. The default stack map format is used if there is no hook.

For this to be useful a few data structures and accessors are
exposed from the StackMaps class, so the custom printer can
access the stack map data.

1ffbf26a1a [PowerPC] [NFC] Refactor code for printing register operands
We have an unfortunate situation in our back end where we have to keep pairs of
functions synchronized. Needless to say that this is not an ideal situation as
it is very difficult to enforce. Even without bugs, it's annoying to have to do
the same thing in two places.

This patch just refactors the code so that the two pairs of those functions that
pertain to printing register operands are unified:
  - stripRegisterPrefix() - this just removes the letter prefixes from registers
for the InstrPrinter and AsmPrinter. This patch provides this as a static
    member of PPCRegisterInfo
  - Handling of PPCII::UseVSXReg - there are 3 places where we do something
special for instructions with that flag set. Each of those places does its
own checking of this flag and implements code customization. Any changes to
how we print/encode VSX/VMX registers require modifying all 3 places. This
patch unifies this into a static function in PPCInstrInfo that returns the
    register number adjusted as needed.

c486a43e86 Introduce codegen for the Signal Processing Engine
Summary:
The Signal Processing Engine (SPE) is found on NXP/Freescale e500v1,
e500v2, and several e200 cores. This adds support targeting the e500v2,
as this is more common than the e500v1, and is in SoCs still on the
market.

This patch is very intrusive because the SPE is binary incompatible with
the traditional FPU. After discussing with others, the cleanest
solution was to make both SPE and FPU features on top of a base PowerPC
subset, so all FPU instructions are now wrapped with HasFPU predicates.

Supported by this are:
* Code generation following the SPE ABI at the LLVM IR level (calling
conventions)
* Single- and Double-precision math at the level supported by the APU.

Still to do:
* Vector operations
* SPE intrinsics

As this changes the Callee-saved register list order, one test, which
tests the precise generated code, was updated to account for the new
register order.

0818e789cb Rename DEBUG macro to LLVM_DEBUG.
The DEBUG() macro is very generic so it might clash with other projects.
The renaming was done as follows:
- git grep -l 'DEBUG' | xargs sed -i 's/\bDEBUG\s\?(/LLVM_DEBUG(/g'
- git diff -U0 master | ../clang/tools/clang-format/clang-format-diff.py -i -p1 -style LLVM
- Manual change to APInt
- Manually chage DOCS as regex doesn't match it.

In the transition period the DEBUG() macro is still present and aliased
to the LLVM_DEBUG() one.

f7f70f7f6c [XRay][CodeGen][PowerPC] Fix tail exit codegen for XRay in PPC
Summary:
This fixes code-gen for XRay in PPC. The regression wasn't caught by
codegen tests which we add in this change.

What happened was the following:

- For tail exits, we used to unconditionally prepend the returns/exits
with a pseudo-instruction that gets lowered to the instrumentation
sled (and leave the actual return/exit instruction as-is).
- Changes to the XRay instrumentation pass caused the tail exits to
suddenly also emit the tail exit pseudo-instruction, since the check
for whether a return instruction was also a call instruction meant it
  was a tail exit instruction.
- None of the tests caught the regression either due to non-existent
tests, or the tests being disabled/removed for continuous breakage.

This change re-introduces some of the basic tests and verifies that
we're back to a state that allows the back-end to generate appropriate
XRay instrumented binaries for PPC in the presence of tail exits.

e3e43d9d57 Sort the remaining #include lines in include/... and lib/....
I did this a long time ago with a janky python script, but now
clang-format has built-in support for this. I fed clang-format every
line with a #include and let it re-sort things according to the precise
LLVM rules for include ordering baked into clang-format these days.

I've reverted a number of files where the results of sorting includes
isn't healthy. Either places where we have legacy code relying on
particular include ordering (where possible, I'll fix these separately)
or where we have particular formatting around #include lines that
I didn't want to disturb in this patch.

This patch is *entirely* mechanical. If you get merge conflicts or
anything, just ignore the changes in this patch and run clang-format
over your #include lines in the files.

Sorry for any noise here, but it is important to keep these things
stable. I was seeing an increasing number of patches with irrelevant
re-ordering of #include lines because clang-format was used. This patch
at least isolates that churn, makes it easy to skip when resolving
conflicts, and gets us to a clean baseline (again).

d0e875cdad [Power9] Part-word VSX integer scalar loads/stores and sign extend instructions

This patch removes the VSHRC register class (based on D20310) and adds
exploitation of the Power9 sub-word integer loads into VSX registers as well
as vector sign extensions.
The new instructions are useful for a few purposes:

Int to Fp conversions of 1 or 2-byte values loaded from memory
Building vectors of 1 or 2-byte integers with values loaded from memory
Storing individual 1 or 2-byte elements from integer vectors

This patch implements all of those uses.

dd1b9ba7a3 [PowerPC] Account for the ELFv2 function prologue during branch selection
The PPC branch-selection pass, which performs branch relaxation, needs to
account for the padding that might be introduced to satisfy block alignment
requirements. We were assuming that the first block was at offset zero (i.e.
had the alignment of the function itself), but under the ELFv2 ABI, a global
entry function prologue is added to the first block, and it is a
two-instruction sequence (i.e. eight-bytes long). If the function has 16-byte
alignment, the fact that the first block is eight bytes offset from the start
of the function is relevant to calculating where padding will be added in
between later blocks.

Unfortunately, I don't have a small test case.

f6071e14c5 [NFC] Header cleanup
Removed some unused headers, replaced some headers with forward class declarations.

Found using simple scripts like this one:
clear && ack --cpp -l '#include "llvm/ADT/IndexedMap.h"' | xargs grep -L 'IndexedMap[<]' | xargs grep -n --color=auto 'IndexedMap'

6f20310e9e Fix for PR 26378
This patch corresponds to review:
http://reviews.llvm.org/D17712

We were not clearing the TOC vector in PPCAsmPrinter when initializing it. This
caused duplicate definition asserts when the pass is reused on the module
(i.e. with -compile-twice or in JIT contexts).

dc8dfe1b86 [PowerPC] Fix large code model with the ELFv2 ABI
The global entry point prologue currently assumes that the TOC
associated with a function is less than 2GB away from the function
entry point. This is always true when using the medium or small
code model, but may not be the case when using the large code model.

This patch adds a new variant of the ELFv2 global entry point prologue
that lifts the 2GB restriction when building with -mcmodel=large.
This works by emitting a quadword containing the distance from the
function entry point to its associated TOC immediately before the
entry point, and then using a prologue like:

ld r2,-8(r12)
add r2,r2,r12

Since creation of the entry point prologue is now split across two
separate routines (PPCLinuxAsmPrinter::EmitFunctionEntryLabel emits
the data word, PPCLinuxAsmPrinter::EmitFunctionBodyStart the prolog
code), I've switched to using named labels instead of just temporaries
to indicate the locations of the global and local entry points and the
new TOC offset data word.

These names are provided by new routines in PPCFunctionInfo modeled
after the existing PPCFunctionInfo::getPICOffsetSymbol.

Note that a corresponding change was committed to GCC here:

3de08c62a1 Weak non-function symbols were being accessed directly, which is
incorrect, as the chosen representative of the weak symbol may not live
with the code in question. Always indirect the access through the TOC
instead.
