Francis Visoiu Mistrih	fd11bc0813	[CodeGen] Use MachineOperand::print in the MIRPrinter for MO_Register. ... Work towards the unification of MIR and debug output by refactoring the interfaces. For MachineOperand::print, keep a simple version that can be easily called from `dump()`, and a more complex one which will be called from both the MIRPrinter and MachineInstr::print. As part of the unification of the debug format and the MIR format, avoid printing "vreg" for virtual registers (which is one of the current MIR possibilities). David Blaikie	48319238e4	Target/TargetInstrInfo.h -> CodeGen/TargetInstrInfo.h to match layering ...
