Francis Visoiu Mistrih	fd11bc0813	[CodeGen] Use MachineOperand::print in the MIRPrinter for MO_Register. ... Work towards the unification of MIR and debug output by refactoring the interfaces. For MachineOperand::print, keep a simple version that can be easily called from `dump()`, and a more complex one which will be called from both the MIRPrinter and MachineInstr::print. Updated the tests using '_' instead of '%noreg' until we decide which one we want to be the default one. As part of the unification of the debug format and the MIR format, avoid printing "vreg" for virtual registers (which is one of the current MIR possibilities).
