4a34fb21ca [DebugInfo] Use llc instead of llc_dwarf to fix this test. 
We work around the fact that some platforms add a triple when
they expand llc_dwarf in lit.

ad6f54524b [DebugInfo] Move this test to X86/ now that it specifies a triple. 
Should bring back the arm/arm64 bots. Reported by Yvan Roux.
