The style guide states that the explicit `inline`
should not be used with inline methods. classof is
very common inline method with a fair amount on
inconsistency:
$ git grep classof ./include | grep inline | wc -l
230
$ git grep classof ./include | grep -v inline | wc -l
257
I chose to target this method rather the larger change
since this method is easily cargo-culted (I did it at
least once). I considered doing the larger change and
removing all occurrences but that would be a much larger
change.

Summary:
PseudoSourceValue can be used to attach a target specific value for "well behaved" side-effects lowered from target specific intrinsics.
This is useful whenever there is not an LLVM IR Value around when representing such "well behaved" side-effected operations in backends by attaching a MachineMemOperand with a custom PseudoSourceValue as this makes the scheduler not treating them as "GlobalMemoryObjects" which triggers a logic that makes the operation act like a barrier in the Schedule DAG.
This patch adds another Kind to the PseudoSourceValue object which is "TargetCustom". It indicates a type of PseudoSourceValue that has a target specific meaning (aka. LLVM shouldn't assume any specific usage for such a PSV).
It supports the possibility of having many different kinds of "TargetCustom" PseudoSourceValues.
We had a discussion about if this was valuable or not (in particular because there was a believe that PSV were going away sooner or later) but seems like they are not going anywhere and I think they are useful backend side.
It is not clear the interaction of this with MIRParser (do we need a target hook to parse these?) and I would like a comment from Alex about that :)

The buildSchedGraph() was in need of reworking as the AA features had been
added on top of earlier code. It was very difficult to understand, and buggy.
There had been found cases where scheduling dependencies had actually been
missed (see r228686).
AliasChain, RejectMemNodes, adjustChainDeps() and iterateChainSucc() have
been removed. There are instead now just the four maps from Value to SUs, which
have been renamed to Stores, Loads, NonAliasStores and NonAliasLoads.
An unknown store used to become the AliasChain, but now becomes a store mapped
to 'unknownValue' (in Stores). What used to be PendingLoads is instead the
list of SUs mapped to 'unknownValue' in Loads.
RejectMemNodes and adjustChainDeps() used to be a safety-net for everything.
The SU maps were sometimes cleared and SUs were put in RejectMemNodes, where
adjustChainDeps() would look. Instead of this, a more straight forward approach
is used in maintaining the SU maps without clearing them and simply letting
them grow over time. Instead of the cutt-off in adjustChainDeps() search, a
reduction of maps will be done if needed (see below).
Each SUnit either becomes the BarrierChain, or is put into one of the maps. For
each SUnit encountered, all the information about previous ones are still
available until a new BarrierChain is set, at which point the maps are cleared.
For huge regions, the algorithm becomes slow, therefore the maps will get
reduced at a threshold (current default is 1000 nodes), by a fraction (default 1/2).
These values can be tuned by use of CL options in case some test case shows that
they need to be changed (-dag-maps-huge-region and -dag-maps-reduction-size).
There has not been any considerable change observed in output quality or compile
time. There may now be more DAG edges inserted than before (i.e. if A->B->C,
then A->C is not needed). However, in a comparison run there were fewer total
calls to AA, and a somewhat improved compile time, which means this seems to
be not a problem.

This commit transforms the mips-specific 'MipsCallEntry' subclass of the
'PseudoSourceValue' class into two, target-independent subclasses named
'GlobalValuePseudoSourceValue' and 'ExternalSymbolPseudoSourceValue'.
This change makes it easier to serialize the pseudo source values by removing
target-specific pseudo source values.

This commit removes the global manager variable which is responsible for
storing and allocating pseudo source values and instead it introduces a new
manager class named 'PseudoSourceValueManager'. Machine functions now own an
instance of the pseudo source value manager class.
This commit also modifies the 'get...' methods in the 'MachinePointerInfo'
class to construct pseudo source values using the instance of the pseudo
source value manager object from the machine function.
This commit updates calls to the 'get...' methods from the 'MachinePointerInfo'
class in a lot of different files because those calls now need to pass in a
reference to a machine function to those methods.
This change will make it easier to serialize pseudo source values as it will
enable me to transform the mips specific MipsCallEntry PseudoSourceValue
subclass into two target independent subclasses.

This commit introduces a new enumerator named 'PSVKind' in the
'PseudoSourceValue' class. This enumerator is now used to distinguish between
the various kinds of pseudo source values.
This change is done in preparation for the changes to the pseudo source value
object management and to the PseudoSourceValue's class hierarchy - the next two
PseudoSourceValue commits will get rid of the global variable that manages the
pseudo source values and the mips specific MipsCallEntry subclass.

Push `ModuleSlotTracker` through `MachineOperand`s, dropping the time
for `llc -print-machineinstrs` on the testcase in PR23865 from ~13
seconds to ~9 seconds. Now `SlotTracker::processFunctionMetadata()`
accounts for only 8% of the runtime, which seems reasonable.

into their new header subdirectory: include/llvm/IR. This matches the
directory structure of lib, and begins to correct a long standing point
of file layout clutter in LLVM.
There are still more header files to move here, but I wanted to handle
them in separate commits to make tracking what files make sense at each
layer easier.
The only really questionable files here are the target intrinsic
tablegen files. But that's a battle I'd rather not fight today.
I've updated both CMake and Makefile build systems (I think, and my
tests think, but I may have missed something).
I've also re-sorted the includes throughout the project. I'll be
committing updates to Clang, DragonEgg, and Polly momentarily.

stack slots and giving them different PseudoSourceValue's did not fix the
problem of post-alloc scheduling miscompiling llvm itself.
- Apply Dan's conservative workaround by assuming any non fixed stack slots can
alias other memory locations. This means a load from spill slot #1 cannot
move above a store of spill slot #2.
- Enable post-alloc scheduling for x86 at optimization leverl Default and above.

two different places for printing MachineMemOperands.
Drop the virtual from Value::dump and instead give Value a
protected virtual hook that can be overridden by subclasses
to implement custom printing. This lets printing be more
consistent, and simplifies printing of PseudoSourceValue
values.
