Richard Trieu 4d049d8cfa Revert r318704 - [Sparc] efficient pattern for UINT_TO_FP conversion ...

See bug https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35631
r318704 is giving a fatal error on some code with unsigned to floating point
conversions.
