Florian Hahn cf397e4d39 [LV] Move InterleaveGroup and InterleavedAccessInfo to VectorUtils.h (NFC) ...

Move the 2 classes out of LoopVectorize.cpp to make it easier to re-use
them for VPlan outside LoopVectorize.cpp
