Alexei Starovoitov db476dbf2e [bpf] fix dwarf elf relocs and line numbers ...

- teach RelocVisitor to recognize bpf relocations
- fix AsmInfo->PointerSize to make sure dwarf is emitted correctly
- add a test for the above
