George Rimar 6e6460f88c [yaml2obj/obj2yaml] - Allow having the symbols and sections with duplicated names. ...

The patch teaches yaml2obj/obj2yaml to support parsing/dumping
the sections and symbols with the same name.
A special suffix is added to a name to make it unique.
