Please add in the bot something like ❗Please update your AMD GPU driver to 23.2.1 or newer

Condition: If the user is running Windows + AMD GPU and drivers older than 23.2.1

The reason is that this is the first driver to support VK_EXT_attachment_feedback_loop_layout, and is confirmed to fix visual glitches that used to occur when MSAA was enabled
