Relaxed ZCull Sync has not been a separate setting for a while now (in the GUI) and is instead achieved by changing the ZCull Accuracy to Relaxed in the GPU settings, I think this needs to be reworded to avoid confusing new users who may go to look for a setting that doesn't seem to exist anymore.
