The purpose of this is for us to have a better understanding of what kind of hardware RPCS3 users are running and what they support. Basically a copy cat of the steam hardware survey

Standard and most Important stats that i'd like to have covered:
Core and thread count
Instruction sets
System ram
Most popular cpus / gpus
Most popular cpu/gpu per generation - this one might be a pain to add so its up to you if you wanna do it but would be appreciated

That would be all. Just base it off the steam hardware survey cause they're pretty spot-on with the things i'd like to have in RPCS3, which is pretty much this:
