Fork of llvm with experimental commits and workarounds for RPCS3

This parses the TPI stream (stream 2) from the PDB file. This stream contains some header information followed by a series of codeview records. There is some additional complexity here in that alongside this stream of codeview records is a serialized hash table in order to efficiently query the types. We parse the necessary bookkeeping information to allow us to reconstruct the hash table, but we do not actually construct it yet as there are still a few things that need to be understood first. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) ================================ This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and runtime environments. LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt. Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's documentation setup. If you are writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our suggestions.
