Sebastian Pop b4051eb864 MemorySSA: fix memory access local dominance function for live on entry
A memory access defined on function entry cannot be locally dominated by another memory access.
The patch was split from http://reviews.llvm.org/D19338 which exposes the problem.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
