Bob Wilson e946057869 Use the final .version number for LLVM_MINOR_VERSION in Apple llvmCore builds. 
We've switched to a 3-component version numbering scheme for Apple releases,
and with this scheme, the final number is the one most relevant for setting
LLVM_MINOR_VERSION.  <rdar://problem/12071459>

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
