the cell backend is making all sorts of unsafe and incorrect assumptions
about ownership and update policies. It isn't clear why it is doing all this lowering at isel time instead of in legalize. This fixes fcmp64.ll git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@96849 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
