[dsymutil] Implement -symtab/-s option.
This option dumps the STAB entries that define the debug map(s) stored in the input binaries, and then exits. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@246403 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
