* DataTypesFix.h moved to AIXDataTypesFix.h

* Condition #inclusion of AIXDataTypes.h on the _AIX preprocessor symbol to
  prevent extra I/O on non-AIX systems.  Thus, no #ifdef in AIXDataTypes.h
