[MemCpy] Check for alias in performMemCpyToMemSetOptzn, instead of the identity of two operands
Summary: This fixes pr29105. The reason is that lifetime marks creates new aliasing pointers the original ones, but before this patch aliases were not checked in performMemCpyToMemSetOptzn.
