Duncan Sands 06d77dd945 Turn off the new FastCC for the moment. It causes

a slew of Ada testsuite failures on x86-32 linux.
Seems to be related to the use of float.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
