(X >> Z) & (Y >> Z) -> (X&Y) >> Z for all shifts. (X >> Z) | (Y >> Z) -> (X|Y) >> Z for all shifts. (X >> Z) ^ (Y >> Z) -> (X^Y) >> Z for all shifts. These patterns were previously handled separately in visitAnd()/visitOr()/visitXor().
