Teresa Johnson 21577c0682 Remove possibility of failures to due race in ThreadPool unittest

Remove all checks that required main thread to run faster than tasks in
ThreadPool, and yields which are now unnecessary. This should fix some
bot failures.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
