Chris Lattner 22c48b384c split the movechild/record/moveparent -> recordchild optzn into a

movechild/record -> recordchild/movechild and 
movechild/moveparent -> noop xforms.  This slightly shrinks the tables
(x86 to 117454) and enables adding future improvements.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
