Mehdi Amini 282acf461e Move createReversePostOrderFunctionAttrsPass right after the inliner is done

This is where it was originally, until LoopVersioningLICM was
inserted before in r259986, I don't believe it was on purpose.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
