Sean Hunt 3420e7f360 Output UTF-8-encoded characters as identifier characters into assembly ... by default. This is a behaviour configurable in the MCAsmInfo. I've decided to turn it on by default in (possibly optimistic) hopes that most assemblers are reasonably sane. If this proves a problem, switching to default seems reasonable. Generic	Add VSELECT to LegalizeVectorTypes::ScalariseVectorResult. Previously it would crash if it encountered a 1 element VSELECT. Solution is slightly more complicated than just creating a SELET as we have to mask or sign extend the vector condition if it had different boolean contents from the scalar condition.
