Reid Spencer 3d89bc5845 Make new variables available: compile_c, compile_cxx, link to handle tests
that want to use LLVM's notion of compiling and linking programs. This
includes all the -I -L and optimization switches that LLVM would using to
compile or link any of this files.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
