Lang Hames 416ea4bfa7 [MCJIT] Make llvm-rtdyld check RuntimeDyld's error state when running in -verify ... mode. This will cause -verify mode to report failure when RuntimeDyld encounters an internal error (e.g. overflows in relocation computations). Makefile	Add support for applying in-memory relocations to the .debug_line section and, in the case of ELF files, using symbol addresses when available for relocations to the .debug_info section.
