Dan Gohman 4d52c6d622 Optimize ScalarEvolution's SCEVComplexityCompare predicate: don't go ... scrounging through SCEVUnknown contents and SCEVNAryExpr operands; instead just do a simple deterministic comparison of the precomputed hash data.
