Gerolf Hoflehner 4e917a2923 [Cleanup] Utility function to erase instruction and mark DBG_Values

New function to erase a machine instruction and mark DBG_VALUE
for removal. A DBG_VALUE is marked for removal when it references
an operand defined in the instruction.
Use the new function to cleanup code in dead machine instruction
removal pass.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
