Devang Patel 5a39b2e806 Split PassManager_New into PassManager_New and PassManagerImpl_New.
PassManagerImpl_New implements the pass manager.
PassManager_New is the public interface.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
