Benjamin Kramer 66feb63c3c Legalizer: Use the scalar bit width when promoting bit counting instrs on

vectors.

e.g. when promoting ctlz from <2 x i32> to <2 x i64> we have to fixup
the result by 32 bits, not 64. PR20917.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
