Jim Grosbach 9765c6ecde X86: Fix encoding of 'movd %xmm0, %rax' 
The assembly string for the VMOVPQIto64rr instruction incorrectly lacked the 'v'
prefix, resulting in mis-assembly of the vanilla movd instruction.
