Benjamin Kramer 72a3ee7422 DAGCombiner: Don't fold xor into not if getNOT would introduce an illegal constant. ... This happens e.g. with <2 x i64> -1 on x86_32. It cannot be generated directly because i64 is illegal. It would be nice if getNOT would handle this transparently, but I don't see a way to generate a legal constant there right now. Analysis	Remove x86_sse42_crc32_64_8 intrinsic. It has no functional difference from x86_sse42_crc32_32_8 and was not mapped to a clang builtin. I'm not even sure why this form of the instruction is even called out explicitly in the docs.
