[ADT][CMake][AutoConf] Fail-fast iterators for DenseMap
Summary: This patch is an attempt at making `DenseMapIterator`s "fail-fast". Fail-fast iterators that have been invalidated due to insertion into the host `DenseMap` deterministically trip an assert (in debug mode) on access, instead of non-deterministically hitting memory corruption issues. Enabling fail-fast iterators breaks the LLVM C++ ABI, so they are predicated on `LLVM_ENABLE_ABI_BREAKING_CHECKS`. `LLVM_ENABLE_ABI_BREAKING_CHECKS` by default flips with `LLVM_ENABLE_ASSERTS`, but can be clamped to ON or OFF using the CMake / autoconf build system. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) ================================ This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and runtime environments. LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt. Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's documentation setup. If you're writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our suggestions.
