Daniel Sanders 7dd6fd6b28 Re-commit r277988: [mips][ias] Fix all the hacks related to MIPS-specific unary operators (%hi/%lo/%gp_rel/etc.).

Hopefully with the MSVC builds fixed. I've added a missing '#include <tuple>'
that gcc and clang don't seem to need.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
