It turns out that his is *really* slow. With this change the link of clang with plugin-opt=emit-llvm goes from 41 to 26 seconds. We can add an option to enable it again if needed. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@256302 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
